Call of Duty World at War is the fan made remastered version of the 2008 video games, Call of Duty: World at War. But The only difference is that the game has more weapons than the original game.
Weapon Differences[]
Thompson: The 50 round Drum Magazine is replaced by a 30 round stick magazine when extended mags is equipped and the Flash Suppressor was removed. The M1928 Variant was also added.
M1 Garand: A Version with fully automatic and a 20 round magazine was added. The M1D was also added, replacing the option to mount a scope.
Arisaka: The Type 38 and Type 44 rifles were added as well as the Type 97 Sniper.
Type 100: it can now mount a bayonet. not too common anymore as it was replaced by the Type 44 rifle
Type 99: the Charging Handle does not move when it is fired. The Type 96 was also added.
BAR: The Charging handle does not move when the weapon fires. it also has a different reload.
PPSh-41: The Firing rate is reduced to 900 RPM. the Drum Magazine now holds 71 rounds all the time.
Mosin Nagant: The Weapon was updated. there are also 3 variants of the weapons: the M38, M44 and the M91/30. the PU sniper variant also appears in the mission, Vendetta. It also now accept Extended Mags which gives the weapons a 10 round magazine.
SVT-40: The Front Sight does not get removed when a scope is mounted
PTRS-41: an unscoped version was added! it now has a front sight. although, scoped PTRS's can still be found in the russian campaign.
Tokarev TT33: an Extended magazine was added which equips the pistol with an 80 round drum magazine.
Kar98k: a 30 round Trench magazine are now available for the weapon.
